Employment & Training Services (ETS), formerly known as Marty Karl Centre, is temporarily located at 293 Wellington Street North, in Hamilton’s North End community. Employment and Training Services offers Food Services & Janitorial Skills Training which consists of a customized combination of training, workshops, job search and employment support. Hamilton Employment and Training Centre Inc (HEAT) is a social enterprise that supports Mission Services of Hamilton Inc. employment programs. HEAT provides quality catering and janitorial services to customers throughout Hamilton while also providing training and employment to many of our clients.
