Smoking Cessation Support Group

Are you suffering from an addiction to nicotine? Did you know that 1 in 2 smokers who use tobacco as intended by the manufacturer will experience serious health repercussions from its related effects? This could be your opportunity to move forward and make different choices in your tobacco use.

Format

Each group session includes an educational component, brief discussion with an opportunity to ask questions and professional support to encourage you with your individual goals.

Who Can Attend?

This group is open to women and men who have a desire to change their tobacco use.

When

This OPEN group is offered Thursday evenings from 7:00pm to 8:30pm. 

*It is strongly recommended that you meet with an Addiction worker in order to discuss your concerns and goals around tobacco use. Everyone has their own personal goals. This session will also help the worker assist you by learning more about your individual tobacco use.
