This summer has been one of the warmest on record for our city.  Many of us have been fortunate enough to escape the heat to a family cottage or trailer up north.

For many of our neighbours in Hamilton this summer, 'shelter' has been beneath a tree by the railway tracks, or an abondoned culvert in the north end of our city. 

In spite of the heat, Mission Services Opportunity Centres has continued to provide safe shelter, healthy food and an embracing heart to the hungry and hurting of Hamilton.
